ABOUT LAKEWOOD LANDING SENIOR LIVING
Lakewood Landing, a premier retirement community located at 4401 21st Street SE in Mandan, North Dakota, is host to 68 total units.
Thirty (30) independent living apartments with heated garages are compromised of both one and two bedroom units. Twenty-Seven (27) private studio units provide basic care and Eleven (11) private studio units provide memory care. The facility is beautifully situated facing a lakefront with a dramatic two story atrium for events and common areas.
The facility provides senior housing, personal care and health care services, as well as á la carte care options for independent living with customized advance care services for memory care. Services include 24 hour care, nurses on site, medication administration, daily living activity assistance, housekeeping, and a host of activities designed to enhance the lifestyles and well being of the residents. Future residents will enjoy walking paths, gardening, a gazebo gathering area, and inspiring views facing the lake on a spacious property spanning approximately 3 acres.
